Directions for our glass range:
The products are made from annealed borosilicate glass, which almost completely removes the stress significantly strengthening the glass. These products will not break under normal use but you should avoid dropping them on solid surfaces. The products are pleasing to the eye, smooth to the touch and being non-porous will not absorb lubricants. They may be heated or cooled and they will retain their temperature for a long time. (cooling in the fridge or heating in bowl warm water). You should avoid wearing rings (diamond especially), avoid dropping on hard surfaces, Do not clean with abrasives, do not put it in the microwave (due to heat shock) and do not put it in the dishwasher (scratching against other glass).
